FAQ
Common questions
How fast can you get here?
For most South Orange County addresses we arrive within 90 minutes for urgent calls, and we offer same-day appointments seven days a week.
Do you charge a trip or diagnostic fee?
Our $79 diagnostic visit is waived when you approve the repair. You'll get a written flat-rate price before we start, so there are no surprises.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We carry a California C-36 plumbing license, general liability and workers' comp insurance. We're happy to email certificates on request.
Should I repair or replace my water heater?
If the tank is over 10 years old or leaking from the bottom, replacement is usually the better value. We'll give you honest pricing for both options.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Larger jobs like repipes and tankless upgrades qualify for 0% financing for 12 months on approved credit.
